Daily Torah Study Programs

Compare Chitas and Rambam study and choose a sustainable routine.

Chitas combines daily Chumash with Rashi, Tehillim and Tanya. The Rebbe also established daily Rambam study with different tracks, including three chapters, one chapter and Sefer Hamitzvot. These programs offer structure, but their content and reading pace are different.

Choose a track you can follow thoughtfully. A daily checklist can support consistency, but completion marks do not measure understanding. The app’s daily page follows Chitas, while its weekly page links the three-chapter Rambam cycle alongside Chumash and official Hayom Yom readings.

A place to begin

  1. Compare the time needed by each track.
  2. Confirm the dated assignment on the official source.
  3. Record questions as well as completed readings.
